Dry Otter replaced all of the nearly 50 year old drain tile system including pits and pumps in our house, fixed all cracks in the foundation, and installed two gorgeous egress windows all in preparation for finishing our basement. Everything from their workmanship to their customer service to their responsiveness to questions and minor follow up issues - including coordinating with the plumber for the remodel drain work - was absolutely top notch.

Our experience with Dry Otter was above and beyond our expectations! We discovered (by way of sopping wet carpet in our exposed lower level) that there was a foundation crack. We called Dry Otter as it had to be accessed via the exterior portion of the foundation wall and they are one of the few, if only, that can access and do that type of repair. They assessed and found the crack quickly, returned promptly, excavated the area, sealed and fixed the area thoroughly, as well as replaced the soil and landscaping leaving it as though nothing had been disturbed!
It has held tight through 2 years now of torrential storms and temperature changes. We could not be happier with the job they performed, their professionalism, ease to work with and the value of the price from start to finish! Please do not let something that can be fixed while it is small turn into something devastating; they make it easy and we have peace of mind now when we see the forecast 🙂

I had a great experience with Dry Otter. I felt fully informed about the repair process. I felt the price was very fair. The work was completed on time and I believe the Dry Otter reputation helped get me a better price when I sold the house. I would definitely use them again 🙂

Jonathon, Mike and the entire Dry Otter team are fantastic. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They are professional, punctual, and courteous. We did the entire perimeter of the basement, an artery (diagonally) through middle and the pro series pump with backup which seemed like a pretty big job to us.
The team is a well oiled machine and the process went incredibly smoothly, which is kind of odd to say about a project that involves jackhammers in your basement! There one small issue (a couple spots where the new cement didn't blend well) that we inquired about after they were done and they came back out and will be taking care of it. That is the sign of a good company!

They came in and got the job done in 2 days they're clean picked up everything great great job I would have them 100% do it again drain tiles look great sump pump and new basket put in great job
